I have met some of the most dynamic, passionate, i I have met some of the most dynamic, passionate, insightful young women through coaching and mentor work with @zubinfoundation . Caoching helps to investigate confidence and what we can proactively do to become more aware of it personally and practices we can do to increase it. Must watch The skill of self confidence | Dr. Ivan Joseph | TEDx. It is indeed a skill and we can all learn it. Would you like to become more confident ? What does confidence look like for you?
Peterson and Hicks (circa. 1996) defined coaching Peterson and Hicks (circa. 1996) defined coaching as “a process of equipping people with the tools, knowledge, and opportunities they need to develop themselves and become more effective”. After 4 sessions over 10 weeks, the client and I worked together on some goals resulting in  insights and options to get them on track to a more desirable path in life and work.

* Take time each day to think about five things to be grateful for, even if it's only for 21 days. This can raise your happiness level for six months.
* Write down a pleasant memory or thought every day. This can cut doctors' visits by 50 per cent and boost your immune system.
* Stop multi-tasking. Do one thing at a time and Achor says your stress will decrease and your health will improve.
* Focus on your strengths, use them every day and you'll be more energetic, productive and successful.
* Exercise. It has been proven to be as powerful as anti-depressant prescription drugs.
* Meditate. Focusing on breathing in and out will change your brain's functioning making you more able to have inspired, "eureka" moments.

When these beliefs have control over us, this is called fear-thinking. The core beliefs about ourselves inform our behaviours and those behaviours end up creating our personality. We therefore need to examine our core beliefs about our selves.

Gandhi expressed it this way ‘beliefs create your thoughts, your thoughts create your behaviours/actions, your behaviours/actions inform your character and your character creates your destiny.’

In Coaching we explore your core beliefs and behaviours and work on how to then loosen them so we can create the experience of life we want. #empoweringwomen #pollinationcoaching

Caoching empowers individuals to find solutions, d Caoching empowers individuals to find solutions, develop, and reflect on their gaols through discussing obstacles they have, reflecting on them. Through powerful questioning we create clarity and perspective and identify and develop steps forward.

It is not for the Coach to:
- Give advice 
- Have the ‘right’ answers for the Client
- Solve the problem or challenge
